Legal bases: performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — qualifying and responding to enquiries; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — counterparty verification, security, and record-keeping; legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — export-control, sanctions-screening, and accounting requirements.
Access is limited to authorised staff and service providers involved in the enquiry, documents, or delivery. Suppliers receive only the information needed to prepare an offer or fulfil an order. We never sell data or share it for third-party marketing.
Enquiry data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for statutory limitation and record-keeping periods applicable to trade, tax, and export-control documentation. Data from enquiries that do not lead to a transaction is deleted after 24 months.
