SMARTTECHNICS Sp. z o.o. finds equipment and components from international suppliers, checks commercial terms and documents, and organises import and delivery for business and institutional customers.
The Polish company can be checked in the public KRS register, the Ukrainian one in the USREOU (EDRPOU) register. Delivery terms are confirmed separately for each order.
The Polish company contracts with suppliers and prepares EU-side documents. Import and final delivery arrangements for Ukraine are stated in each commercial offer. One coordinator handles the order throughout.
No consumer retail, no anonymous transactions, no deliveries that cannot pass counterparty and export-control review. We would rather decline than improvise.
The company registration data can be checked in the Polish KRS register. We provide standard counterparty documents on request.
