We identify both parties, check applicable sanctions and export-control requirements, and keep the supporting documents. We decline transactions when required information is missing or a check cannot be completed.

Before any transaction, both sides are identified: registration data, ownership where available, and the mandate of the person making the enquiry. Anonymous or unverifiable enquiries are not processed.
